Social Media and Content Strategy

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In 2019, the Intercontinental Hotels (Tahiti, Bora Bora) and The Brando tasked us with defining the social media and content strategy for all of these establishments.

Their primary goal is to highlight their core values, specialties, commitment to preserving the environment, and the Polynesian culture. The key challenge in this positioning was to distinguish these luxury establishments from others in the destination.

Delivery: March 2020

  • Analysis of their website and social media presence, identifying strengths and weaknesses
  • Creation of a comprehensive social media strategy, tailored to each establishment, addressing key issues, expectations, and needs
  • Development of a content strategy with editorial guidelines, briefs, production models (photos, videos, written content), and annual content plans.

The objective is to create differentiation and foster attachment. Human connection has been placed at the heart of the new content strategy for the Intercontinental Hotels of French Polynesia and The Brando, through portraits of the staff, partners, the promotion of local culture, and the preservation of nature.
